All this guitar needed was for me to replace the factory
bridge pins with brass pins I got from Grizzly.com.

To do this I had to make the holes bigger. I used a
3 degree tapered reamer to do the job (see pic). The pins came flat on the bottom and kept getting stuck on the ball of the string. This caused the pin to pop whenever tension was applied. To fix it I ground an angle on the bottom slot side of the pin (see pic). This fixed the problem.

After I was done with that I cleaned and polished the guitar pics. It was in rough shape as you can see from some of the pictures but cleaned up nice as shown in the last two pictures.

Then I re-strung the guitar and set up the action and adjusted the neck.
